Not really, there was a roolback. i guess u made ur char and level it, and u had connection lost. and there was a roolback so ur char not exist cuz the time the the rool back go was before u made ur char.

after every >lvlup< the char (acc dates) get saved

lol i was lvl 81 commander AmphioN i played 3 days or so after loging out when i should saw my char i saw nothing ... then restart pc and login and its looks like lclean ac count no char in
